Whether you’re navigating high school, college, or the uncertainty of early adulthood, therapy can be a place to sort through what’s feeling overwhelming and reconnect with who you are. Many of the young people I work with describe feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure of what’s next. Together, we’ll create a space that feels supportive and real — where you can talk honestly, understand yourself better, and build tools to feel more grounded and confident in everyday life.
What we help support:
-
Anxiety, overthinking, and constant worry
-
Low motivation, burnout, or feeling “numb”
-
Stress related to school, work, or relationships
-
Perfectionism and self-criticism
-
Family, friendship, or dating struggles
-
Identity, confidence, and self-esteem
-
Boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation
-
Life transitions — from high school to college to early career
What progress may look like
-
Feeling calmer and more in control of your emotions
-
Gaining confidence in who you are and what you want
-
Building healthy boundaries and relationships
-
Having tools to manage stress and anxiety
-
Understanding yourself more deeply
-
Finding answers to the questions you seek
-
Trusting yourself and the direction of your life

How we work with teens and young adults
At GraceWell, therapy is a space where you can be honest with someone and actually be heard. We show up with compassion, a safe space and curiosity to help you make sense of what’s going on inside while finding real ways to feel better and more confident in your daily life.
Our approach brings together different tools and perspectives, depending on what you need:
-
Parts Work (IFS-inspired) – to get to know the different sides of you — the part that wants to do everything right, the part that shuts down, the part that’s tired of pretending everything’s fine — and help them work together instead of against each other.
-
Mind-Body Connection – to tune into what your body’s telling you, especially when you’re stressed, anxious, or disconnected. We help you notice and regulate what’s going on physically so your emotions don’t feel so overwhelming.
-
Thought Work (CBT) – to look at the thoughts that feed things like anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt and learn how to shift them so you can move through your days with more confidence and less pressure.
-
Relationship and Emotion Work (EFT-informed) – to understand what’s really happening in your relationships with friends, family, or partners and why certain patterns keep repeating. We work on communicating more clearly and building connection that actually feels good.
At GraceWell, therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, unsure of who you are, or just trying to feel more at peace with yourself, we’ll meet you where you’re at and figure it out together.
